Based on what you said and IF you are not trying to collect on a FRAUDULENT claim, you MAY be entitled to couple of hundred dollars at most, but some companies may pay you ZILCH/ZERO BTW do you remember that after the accident they asked you if you were ok and you most likely stated I am fine, just shook up.
