Like JUST ME stated, sounds like you have self-diagnosed your whiplash.

Whiplash aka sprain/strain of the neck or back;

Only a doctor can diagnose if you suffered injuries. You had prior back problems that they will consider (meaning making that injury worth less)

Depending on state laws where you live, will decide if you are ENTITLED to any compensation. Some states only allow if you have serious injuries which you do not have.

Based on what you said and IF you are not trying to collect on a FRAUDULENT claim, you MAY be entitled to couple of hundred dollars at most, but some companies may pay you ZILCH/ZERO

BTW do you remember that after the accident they asked you if you were ok and you most likely stated I am fine, just shook up.

Wait for the adjuster to call you to see if you can claim a injury claim.

Right can I just say I was on the same bus with this man. I am seriously injured myself. I have rang the police and a solicitor. Since you have been to the hospital and the accident was logged then yes you can claim.

Hopefully you went to a hospital right away and have records of it. Your claim can be proven with a statement from a doctor.

Based on what you wrote in the 'additional details' it seems you're asking for advice on how to make a fraudulent claim. Did you know that's a crime? Have you even been to a doctor, or did you self-diagnose? Why do you think you would be entitled to a settlement? You should be ashamed of yourself. You are one of the reasons the rest of us have to pay such high premiums for our coverage.

Yes of course. The best advice I can give you is DO NOT speak to anyone about this except for the attorney YOU hire! They have attornys to try and keep from giving you any settlement, so you'll need one making sure you get what you deserve! They should want no money up front and they should not get paid unless you get paid! If you happen to be in St. Louis, call 314-727-0702 for a good attorney.
